What do you dislike about Reputation House?

Recommendations to others considering Reputation House:

Define your risk categories and priority signals before the engagement starts. Assign someone internally to review the outputs and send feedback in the first weeks rather than at the first quarterly review. You'll get usable results sooner and spend less time on corrections. What problems is Reputation House solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before each investment committee meeting, we pulled search results, media mentions and review data by hand. Everything came in a different format, so we couldn't compare risk exposure across portfolio companies or see how it moved quarter to quarter. Reputation House built one methodology and a baseline assessment for every company. Through the Risk Control Center, we can now review search, media and review signals across the portfolio in one place and compare changes between reporting periods.
