"Incredible demos with Reprise"
What do you like best about Reprise?

Reprise makes it simple to build high-fidelity demo experiences. The in-browser capture tool works like magic, giving our demo engineers the ability to replicate demo environments and customize data without having to provisioni new environments.

The multiple use cases are also great. We initially purchased Reprise to help our sales engineers create better demos, but have since started using Reprise within marketing. We've replaced product video tours with interactive Reprise walkthroughs to increase engagement on our corporate site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

Can be complex to use given how configurable and flexible it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reprise makes demo creation seamless and scalable"
What do you like best about Reprise?

Reprise from a solution perspective allowed Presales to enable more people to confidently speak to and demonstrate our solutions. This scale empowered more people at a major conference to have productive & engaging conversations with customers, increasing conversion rates. We were able to implement Reprise with a single administrator and builder; this was due to how easy the solution is to use. When we ran into some issues during build, the Reprise support team didn't just help resolve but also helped provide best practices for how we should folder/structure our builds to improve visibility into metrics. Both the solution and the staff at Reprise have truly exceeded all expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

Nothing at the moment, truly not a bad thing to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reprise makes creating interactive product demos simple and impactful"
What do you like best about Reprise?

Reprise makes it easy to create customized, interactive product demos without heavy engineering effort. I like how intuitive the platform is for tailoring demos to different audiences, ensuring a polished, real-time experience for prospects. The ability to showcase the product in a controlled yet realistic way has significantly improved our sales and customer engagement. The support and documentation are also strong, which helps us adopt new features quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

The learning curve can feel steep at the beginning, especially when setting up complex demos that require advanced configurations. Occasionally, there are performance issues with larger demos, and analytics could be more robust to provide deeper insights into user interactions. While the platform is powerful, small usability improvements and more automation would make the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Intuitive Platform"
What do you like best about Reprise?

What I like best about Reprise is how seamlessly it allows our team to create interactive product demos without relying on engineering. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes onboarding quick and easy. I can build, edit, and launch demos in a fraction of the time it used to take.

It gives us complete control over the customer experience during the sales process.

Our marketing and sales teams are more aligned and effective as a result.

Overall, it’s been a huge value-add to our go-to-market strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

There’s very little to dislike about Reprise, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the learning curve can be slightly steep at first for non-technical users.

That said, the support team is responsive and the documentation is solid, which helps a lot.

As the platform continues to evolve, it’s clear they’re listening to user feedback and improving quickly.

Overall, any initial hurdles are far outweighed by the value it delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Demonstrating Complex Environments"
What do you like best about Reprise?

It allows me to communicate via storytelling, very difficult and complex environments and use cases. It also allows me integrate with my own internal environment to utilize my SSO. Now that I am using Reprise, many folks in my organization are showing interest by allowing them to show their technical previews, that may only be up and running very briefly. The ability to then take all of these tours and use them to tell my stories with "one voice" has been vital to internal communications and sales support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

Nothing comes to mind, I have been very satisfied Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I use Reprise demo hand in had with Live demos"
What do you like best about Reprise?

Reprise demo's are great! I use them hand in hand with live demos. The best thing about Reprise demos are that the out come is very seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

It's hard to answer one off questions or examples with a reprise demo. The best thing about them is a consistent path and answer/demo. It's not the best for spur of the moment questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reprise does what it says and does it well"
What do you like best about Reprise?

The tooling is simple enough to have people making Replays in a day but feature rich enough that more advanced users can make more complicated productions after some experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

The rendering sometimes is glitchy. Refreshing the screen or even closing the browser doesn't always fix the problem. Also, the handling of image screen imports has a somewhat clunky interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
