What do you like best about Reprise?

Reprise helps me to show demos to customers without having to spend hours in preparation. When you're in a longer sales cycle it also helps to sell the value of your product after the presentation is done because you can create leave behind demos which customer can use on their own with guided steps configured by you. What do you dislike about Reprise?

Reprise requires some level of ramp up before you can get started. Furthermore it also needs some custom code extension to work with specialised platforms. I'd love to see a native mobile screen capture function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
