**What do you like best about Reply?**

I have been using Reply for a little over two months. Here is what I ABSOLUTELY LOVE
1. Customer Support - I compare these guys to Chick-Fil-A - tremendous customer service, fast and responsive team, insightful, HUMAN, and are always accessible for questions. I think I have asked them 20+ questions over the last two months and they have been fast to answer and with easy-to-understand instructions
2. The agency model is easy to use - You can toggle between accounts with just a click of a mouse. It's super simple and easy to use.
3. The UX makes it easy to click around and set things up quickly
4. It takes me less than 48 hours to on-board a client, Reply makes it easy for me!

Overall I am very happy using Reply

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

1. Confusing naming conventions - here is an example: they have a tab called data within my outreach. One would assume that's data about my outreach (how many emails I have sent, etc.) Nope. It's about using Reply to find additional leads.
2. I use Gmail/Google Meet for my business - there is not an integration to connect my calendar to Reply. Also, the only option is Zoom.
3. The LinkedIn accounts tab lacks information on how it works and how to use it. I have no idea the use case for this.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has help me scale my outreach - within the last two weeks I have book 24 meetings. No chance I could have done that without Reply!

  ### 3. My experience with reply

I really like the built-in dialer and the ability to send SMS or even voice messages.

Reply.io makes it super easy to automate outreach across email and LinkedIn, which saves me a ton of time.

  ### 4. Unauthorized Charges and Service Concerns

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ned A. | Head of operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

There is nothing good about their services, they are scammers

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I am deeply disappointed with Reply.io's billing practices. We were charged without our prior approval, and there was no reminder or notification that an invoice had been generated or that a payment was scheduled. To make matters worse, we were billed for a LinkedIn subscription that we never signed up for, which feels deceptive and completely unacceptable.

Their service has not lived up to expectations, and this experience has made us question their integrity. It seems like they're running a scam with hidden charges, and their lack of transparency is alarming.

I urge others to be cautious and thoroughly review their invoices. We're hoping for a resolution soon, but until then, I cannot recommend Reply.io based on this frustrating and unnecessary experience.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing they are just scammers

Reply has been really easy to use in terms of drip campaigns when it comes to outreach. I also appreciate the options for automation and the ease of importing contacts. We can also easily access metrics regarding campaigns and understand what to change in our approach.

While the automation options are great, sometimes they can be a bit overwhelming and take some time to get used to.

  ### 8. Reply.io Customer Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io has been a game-changer for my outreach! The platform's robust AI and automation features make it easy to manage campaigns and engage prospects at scale. What really stands out is the customer support—any time I have a question or need help, their team responds quickly and effectively, ensuring I can keep my campaigns running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The only thing I don't like about reply is not being able to add industries by SIC code for AI SDR. Don't get me wrong they have a ton of industries to choose from which work great for me. However, we have some pretty broad industries as well so it would be helpful to pull companies and contacts by SIC code for those broad industries.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io streamlines sales outreach by automating multichannel communication—email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp—allowing personalized engagement at scale. It simplifies lead generation with a B2B database, enhances email deliverability with warm-up and health tools, and integrates seamlessly with our CRM. These features save time and improve overall sales efficiency, making outreach smoother and more impactful.

  ### 11. Best Email Marketing Platform!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey L. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply has been the platform we've been waiting for. From their user-friendly and intuitive interface, to there their helpful documentation and support, you can tell the Reply team has spent time and dedication to build a product that truly works for you. And this is coming from the perspective of the web design creative agency Black Flag Creative (https://blackflagcreative.com). From day 1 since we signed up, we've used the platform on the daily as we want to get the most out of the product. It was a seamless experience to implement our contact list. We always admire stumbling across products that work in our favor and Reply is one of the top products we've used by far!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

No complaints so far! It's been a seamless experience to get up and running. Can't get much more simple than that. Can't wait to see more feature integrations!

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had little to no experience with cold email marketing but Reply stepped in to support us with their convenient feature of gauging and anticipating how well your email may perform. This alone is a gold mine.

  ### 12. Excellent tool for organizing and executing email based marketing campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It makes email campaigns that would be difficult to manage nearly effortless. I love the ability to A/B test different options without needing to manually keep track of which customers got which email.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I have no complaints. I have never personally used any other email campaign managing software but I see no reason to stray from Reply.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have customers in many different fields so our marketing emails need to be targetted. Reply helps automate this so that our customers aren't getting a ton of email from us that isn't relevant to them.

  ### 13. Reply.io is a powerful cold email outreach tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ketan C. | Design Head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

What I really appreciate about Reply.io is its AI-driven email personalization and the ease with which I can create multi-channel campaigns. The ability to seamlessly run automated outreach at scale, especially for ABM, is a big advantage. It makes personalizing large volumes of outreach both manageable and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

On the downside, navigating some features, like the reports section and custom fields, can be clunky. While importing the contacts field mapping is not so smooth, it doesn't detect the fields automatically unless you rename them to their nomenclature.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me running ABM campaigns for my company

  ### 14. In german you would say "schockverliebt"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrin S. | Digital Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is an excellent solution for anyone looking to make multichannel marketing and sales more efficient and to break down channel silos. It offers complete transparency into the success of each channel. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter how clueless you might feel. There are comprehensive explanations and tutorials for every feature. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It's quite complex in its features, so you need to take some time to get familiar with it and read up, but that also brings possibilities that others don’t offer.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is an excellent solution for anyone looking to make multichannel marketing (E-Mail & LinkedIn) and sales more efficient and to break down channel silos.

  ### 16. A foundation of our strategy - 580 Discover Calls Booked in 30 months

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaredd B. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Great tool and exceptional customer service. I came on to my company during the pandemic to build out prospecting systems from scratch and Reply.io has been part of my strategy since the early days. During my time as an SDR, I had personally booked 340 discovery calls, a newer hire was brought on 18 months ago and he has booked 240 discovery calls using this same strategy. Reply is an excellent tool for getting your message out there while automating most things, the automation around opt outs, replies, etc is incredibly valuable for saving time.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Overall the AI tools are in their early stages but I can tell this will be great in the future.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is keeping my main CRM clean of the bulk contacts that I am speaking to while providing a platform to reach my audience in an effective way.

  ### 17. Reply is great when you get the hang of it!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The formatting and spacing etc often needs a bit of tweaking

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aloowing me to message at scale and helping attract new customers

  ### 18. Reply is the only email marketing tool I need

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geordie W. | director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I have been using Reply on and off for abouyt 5 years, or at least 5 years. I have found it a great tool. One of things I like about it best is that I can get higher deliverability rates, and the unsubscribe links are more subtle, so I can make it through to people's inboxes. Not sure, but this seems to be one of reply's best kept secrets, the subtle yet compliant unsubscribe links.

I haven't ventured into their AI scheduling, but that looks to be great too. I plan on using reply for as long as they are a great service and for now, they are. Also, Darla and Anastia and the other support team are wonderul. I know that Intercom helps ease this, but the support team has been great and is getting better the last few years. Thanks to reply team for making a great product, and I am happy to leave a review for them.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It is expensive, but for what you get, I think good value.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

prospecting via email. validation of saas problems.

  ### 19. Great product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Love how I can track my opened emails, helps me figure out if it's the deliverability of my email or the content itself.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There is a lot of backend details that you need to edit with each sequence. Wish there was a way to save my preferences for each sequence.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing if my emails are being opened/delivered.

  ### 20. Simple and easy to use for novice email campaign creators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian L. | Customer Success Manager | Freelance Audio Engineer, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is very easy to use, with a straightforward UX design and plenty of features for base-level users like me. I started using Reply for outreach campaigns in my role, and getting over the learning curve was a cinch. As someone new to creating email campaigns, Reply couldn't be a better tool to start familiarizing myself with these processes.

My outreach projects are rather simple, but thankfully the Reply team provides timely support when I run into issues. I use Reply daily, so knowing that the team is always ready to help is great.

I also appreciate Reply's spam testing tool, which alerted me to an issue I need to address with my IT, and the Reply team provided a thorough response when I clicked the suggested follow-up in the app.

In short, the best features are the ease of use and customer support.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

As I'm writing this, Reply does not have a direct integration with Microsoft Outlook, which might inhibit some of my use cases.

For example, the Chrome extension is required to use the manual step feature in a sequence. I wasn't able to give it a real test drive because I didn't proceed with the setup function that would have used my personal Gmail to complete. I was hesitant to do that given that my work email is through Outlook, and I did not want Reply connected in any way to my personal Gmail. I believe it would be more intuitive if the manual feature could be triggered directly in the Reply app. Because of this issue and that I did not find the explanation very clear when setting up my campaign, I had to create a new campaign from scratch and then import my list again. This caused some issues with duplicate emails being sent to a handful of recipients. Thankfully this was a low-stakes issue that didn't harm anything...

I would love a Calendly or Outlook integration for the calendar/meeting scheduling feature, for example. I have to manually note what meetings were set while running a campaign, rather than Reply automatically designating the interaction as such in the campaign results. Perhaps the team will be able to integrate these features in the future.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is providing a simple solution for email distribution for my team. We're using Reply to send service notifications to our customers, and I'm using it for outreach campaigns to stay in touch with our customers. We're not sending emails on a massive scale with Reply, and its simplicity is making our work more efficient. I also look forward to using more of Reply's features as my outreach campaigns evolve.

  ### 21. So far it is easy to use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** twen s. | Content Designer and Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is a powerful making it easy for automating and personalizing outreach efforts. Its strong integration capabilities and detailed analytics and enjoyed the 14 day trial so far. It is a paid plan so will be excited to see how the features and functionality make it a worthwhile investment for helping me streamline some outreach and drive more results.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Maybe the high cost can be a set back for smaller businesses or startups. Lastly, while support is available, response times and the effectiveness of solutions can vary, because it doesn'ts seem like there is anyone there during business hours in the chat.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solves key problems by automating email sequences and follow-ups, saving time and ensuring consistent communication. It is able to keep track of who there is to follow up with and can store the data enhancing workflow efficiency and accuracy. I like how the tasks can be automated and so far it has given a number of the amount of emails opened.

  ### 22. It's the second company I work that I decide to implement Reply

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Júlia S. | Global Influencer Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply's interface is easy to navigate and the outreach stats page is very insightful to determine the outsource efforts for each one of our clients. The AI features to enhance our email templates is also super helpful! Using Reply saved me nearly 30 hours of work per month

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It would be great if we could group our sequences. We work with different sequences per client, and the ability of organise our sequences and templates accordly would be great. It would also be great is we could have the stats for all the sequences in the folder, instead just for each sequence.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply makes my sourcing for creators 10x more effective, by automating at least 400 outreaches per month. It also improved my conversaion stats, as the additional steps in the sequence is something that would easily fall through the cracks when done manually

  ### 23. AMAZING PRODUCT. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer support time is sometimes to long, so I would suggest you to improve this part for Reply.io

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold email, benefiting with a good flow of new potential customers

  ### 25. Great tool for outreach and email sequencing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is a great tool to manage your email / outreach. It provides a relatively good UI that is easy to use and help you scale your cold email capabilities. I use the tool throughout the week and it makes my life a lot easier.

I am also the admin for my org and setting this up was quite seamless.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Although a good tool, it is a bit annoying that for almost any incremental features, they ask you to pay extra. There were featues we asked about a few months ago that were free at competitors, and Reply told us we had to pay to get them, only to make them free a few weeks later when they realized that was not competitive

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping me scale my email outreach. Part of my job is to email potential prospects and Reply allows me to set up sequences and automate that process.

  ### 26. Reply is very useful for leadgen processes. It convenient tool that has many functions

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes, the email deliverability can be affected, and it requires a bit of manual work to optimize for better inbox placement.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing at all at this point - so far I have not found anything that is lacking

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling the ability to connect with prospective clients in a manner that is non-obtrusive

  ### 29. Great sales tool with responsive support, but some UI improvements would be nice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil W. | VP, New Business, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io has been a game-changer for my sales prospecting. It offers a highly competitive price considering its robust feature set, which made it an easy first choice after comparing other tools. Initially, I was looking for a solution to streamline sending marketing emails to large lists, and Reply exceeded my expectations. As automated outbound has gained traction in the sales community, I needed something that would help me stand out, and Reply's extensive feature offerings—such as call integration, WhatsApp, LinkedIn social selling, and Zapier integrations—have significantly boosted my outreach efforts and kept everything organized.

One of the best aspects of Reply is how seamlessly it updates my CRM via API, allowing me to track activities, observe, and report on account interactions effortlessly. The dedicated account manager and excellent customer support, including responsive follow-ups from the support bot, have also made my experience smooth and efficient. Moreover, the ongoing educational content, like webinars and relevant emails, is extremely valuable.

After using Reply for five years, I can confidently say that it continues to deliver, and I don't see myself switching anytime soon. Thank you, Reply!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There isn't much to dislike about Reply.io, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. As an advanced user, I sometimes envision features that aren't yet available, though I appreciate that they make it easy to request new features. The platform offers a lot of flexibility, but occasionally, the user interface can be confusing—certain elements might not be labelled clearly or lack proper explanation, which can lead to spending time figuring out how to make even small changes. Thankfully, customer support is very responsive, which helps mitigate this issue.
Reply still gets a 10/10 from me

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More customers, qualititive information!

  ### 30. Good but lacks improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcio B. | Strategic Accounts - Virtual Reality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Email sending automation, reports, workflow.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Platform still has some bugs and performs very slowly often.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps me automate emails and track my outbound metrics.

  ### 31. Great Outbound Automation Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate B. | Enterprise Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply makes building complex automation sequences very easy. It allows us to utilize multiple outbound channels like LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. We can also be quite intricate with the sequence steps in case prospect info is missing or invalid.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The tool can be buggy at times but it hasn't been prohibitive to overall use.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us simplify outbound automation across all of our sales reps.

  ### 32. Best tool I have used for automating e-mails

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lena D. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It is really easy to upload the contacts into a new campaign. Also, it is very helpful, that you can integrate your Hubspot account with your Reply account. Like this you don´t have to do extra work to log every step you did on Reply. Sending out the emails has always worked for me without any problems and no worries. I also like that you can change individual emails within one campaign for specific people. The tool is also pretty self explaining and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Can´t think of anything that I dislike. It works as it should.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps me to automate sales emails. It saves a lot of work because you don´t have to send any follow up emails manually anymore. The emails still look personalized though.

  ### 33. Most diverse and flexible outreach solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Global Director of Corporate Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I've been using Reply since 2021 and this is literally the best outreach app, as I tried many with the likes of Apollo, Snov, etc. -- these are limited, with complex UX/UI... I am not a marketing person nor the biz dev but I do it for capital raising purposes for my clients, when there is a need for a professional, humane outreach approach. The stats feature is clear and helpful. The customer support team is on another level -- always available and committed to help. Finally, this is a Ukraine-born product, which is crucial to support these days! Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I would add an option to use personal emails like @gmail as sometimes there are needs for non-business tasks. Another idea is to add email generation, not just email validation.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Professional bulk outreach

  ### 34. If you want to streamline your outreach, look no further.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuri F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like the multichannel capabilities and the interface.
It saves a lot of time with follow-up automation.
You also get AI-powered analytics, which is a nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The cost might be a little steep for small businesses.
You need quite some time to learn the advanced features.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply automates outreach efforts and helps to manage our campaigns. With the help of email personalization it also improves response rates.

  ### 35. Great service, nice tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yana S. | CBDO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The tool is very easy to use and comes with many nice additional features, which make our sales routine much easier. I really appreciate the quick assistance and willingness to resolve issues shown by the support agents, especially Andrii, who recently answered many questions from my team. The pricing for the solutions provided is also fair.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes the system goes slow or loads the information not very fast.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with automation of my email outreach. Best feature is that I can add as many email accounts as I want so it can send many-many emails daily.

  ### 36. Would not recommend. Horrible customer service

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The ease of use and implementation and the automation.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I would say that the pricing schema is a menu of items, which is nice for those looking to piecemeal what they want in their solution. I prefer the all-in-one approach. But I believe that's more just preference.

Their customer service is not very good. Their pricing practices are close to being predatory. Their automatic renewals will catch up to you and their stance is to not reimburse even if one day into the annual cycle.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have launched a few different email campaigns and used their lead intelligence tools to help bring in new clients.

  ### 37. I can not recommend Reply enough, especially if you have a lean sales team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Director of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love how easy to use Reply's AISDR tool is and the AIChat. I can not recommend it enough especially for lean sales teams. We automate sales outreach so that our reps have time to do the work of identifying new leads and making phone calls.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I have yet to encounter a negative with the platform!

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping us by giving more time in the day to our sales reps to conduct other sales efforts.

  ### 38. Super efficient software, with super friendly people at Reply.io

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like the straightforward software, something you can hit some roadblocks, but then you can easily reach out for help in the support chat. Also, the software is easy to integrate and connect with Gmail just a few clicks.

By far the best part is the customization options and in what order you can reach out. I do about 5 to 10 times what I would normally send.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The only roadblock is in some cases the price, but with things like this it's always a calculation on how much you make from it.

For me, it's easy if I can do 5 to 10 times the volume and 5x the revenue 50 bucks is nothing. Or ad it's the highest price it is 90 so still not that much if is you get a high ticket customers.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a few mayor things that Reply has helped me with.

1. Email Tracking, you can see your rates on what is opened and replies, you can do AB testing. It's excellent to review your campaigns and what your results are that you can use to further improve your rates.

2. The Inbox. Replies gives you an inbox that is sorted with all your leads, sorted in interested not interested etc. You can even make more labels, oh the software sees from the mail on how to label a lead, so it's also accurate.

3. Auto Follow-ups. If the lead does not reply, it sent an auto mail to the lead. You can also customize these, so all the followups are just automated, this is amazing since most of the replies come from the follow-ups.

4. Help with replies. The AI drafts a possible reply, when someone replies, I did not expect anything, but this thing went beyond my expectations, I always review them before sending them but surprisingly a lot of times I have not changed the mail since the AI is that good.

In short, Reply helps me the most with sending the volume of mails, but these features are just the icing on the cake for me.

  ### 39. Unique and Loaded with Superpowers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shantanu Sunil S. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

If you are looking for one tool that can solve your email management/marketing/sales problems, Reply is the one. It has everything that's needed and the best part is that the team keeps on upgrading it now and then making you stay ahead always. Implementing multiple sequences and integrating with multiple other tools can be done easily. I am a daily user and highly commend the customer support team! Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about it.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My email outreach is automated and often lands me a lot of meetings.

  ### 40. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It has very flexible product offerings that are very friendly to small companies/teams.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I wish it could help more with email deliverability.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps deliver email campaigns and sequences, making the whole process very smart.

  ### 41. Reply.io Great Starter Pack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John I. | President and Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is easily accessible and can automate your email campaigns, integrates with your CRM, and provides user dashboards and insights.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I beleive the a la carte nature of reply.io makes it expensive if you want to upgrade to use various features. a good example of this would be comparing it to spirit airlines. Spirit has the cheapest point of entry, but if you want the same experience, it's going to cost you.

I also think that the AI that is attached to products like Reply.io (and others like Apollo) are lackluster.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io was trying to solve the problem of lead generation. We were looking to get more leads by doing cold outreach campaigns using reply.io

  ### 42. Great for outreach campaigns!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clark H. | Marketing Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The ease of use and seamless integration into our workflow

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Occasionally buggy but overall a smooth experience!

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps to simplify the cold email outreach process, which ends up saving time

  ### 43. Game-Changer for Multi-touch point outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like the fact that I can outreach to both LinkedIn and Email at the same time, the friendly interface, quick customer support, and email warm-up feature.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I don't like the fact that my teammates can't access the same account from different locations at the same time.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me reach out to prospective customers

  ### 44. Reply is helping automate my work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The user interface is really intuuitive and easy to learn. There's a ton of support content that's really helpful, and the support team is really responsive and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I don't have anything negative to say about Reply!

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is saving me a lot of time with campaign management. A lot of manual tasks are fully automated, and the manual tasks I still have to do are effectively managed.

  ### 45. Great tool to have!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply has been a game-changer for my company's outreach campaigns, the AI writing assistant and multichannel sequences are pretty amazing. Reply has proven to be a great tool.
Their customer service is great and extremely responsive.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I haven't found any downsides to or roadblocks yet.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a great tool to keep our campaigns organized and on track

  ### 46. Best tool to scale email marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

You can add an infinite amount of mailboxes

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

That you can't schedule sequences in advance and the monthly active contact limits.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to scale my email marketing campaign. Reply allowed me to send tens of thousands email and unify all mailboxes in a single plase.

  ### 47. Reply is easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features that make managing outbound email campaigns a breeze. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly set up and customize your campaigns, while the wide range of options—like automated follow-ups, A/B testing, and detailed analytics—gives you the flexibility to tailor your approach for maximum effectiveness. Whether you're a seasoned marketer or new to email campaigns, Reply makes it easy to engage your audience and track your results.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

While Reply offers a lot of great features, they do tend to push AI-based upsells that can clutter the user interface. These constant prompts for additional AI tools can be a bit distracting and make navigating through the portal less smooth than it could be.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has been a game-changer for our email campaigns, playing a key role in helping us acquire new customers. The tool’s automation and personalization features allow us to efficiently reach out to potential clients with tailored messages, increasing our engagement rates. Over the years, Reply has contributed significantly to our business growth, helping us secure a solid base of new customers and driving a good portion of our revenue.

  ### 48. Integration works well and the support team replies faster than a race car

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktoriia S. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I heard about Reply from my friend, who had been using it for years. So, I decided to implement it in my sales team. Since I have no experience working with automation tools, I asked for help from the Reply support team. They answered all my questions on a call, showed me the main features, and helped me start my first campaign.

As a result, the multichannel sequences work perfectly, and integration with CRM (I'm using HubSpot) works well. If someone opts out, Reply immediately change the status for this lead, and stop sending emails to them. PLUS, the feature to find new leads and emails is super useful.

I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There's nothing I dislike about Reply.io.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- integrates with HubSpot and LinkedIn
- helps us find new leads and emails
- its multichannel sequences work seamlessly
- the user-friendly interface makes onboarding easy

  ### 49. Very user-friendly tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boris F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

As an SDR, what I like best about Reply.io is its powerful email automation capabilities. The tool makes it incredibly easy to set up and manage email sequences, saving me a lot of time and ensuring consistent follow-ups with prospects. The user interface is intuitive, making it simple to track and analyze campaign performance. Plus, the customer support team is fantastic—they're always quick to help and provide clear solutions.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

While Reply.io is a great tool overall, one thing I dislike is that it can be a bit overwhelming for new users. With only 2 months of experience using the platform, I sometimes find myself unsure of how to utilize all of its features effectively. More comprehensive tutorials or guides would be helpful in getting up to speed faster. Additionally, I've encountered a few minor bugs or glitches, but the support team has always been quick to address them.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io solves the problem of keeping track of emails and follow-ups, which is super helpful for me as an SDR. It saves me time by automating emails and making sure I don't miss any leads. Plus, the analytics help me see what's working and what's not, so I can improve my outreach.

  ### 50. Good but sharp user learning curve

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

set and forget campaigns work well for mass outreach

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for scheduled mass outreach efforts
