Honestly, overall well thought out email automation integration software. I would highly recommend versus any other competitors. I love how easy it is to import and export contacts, emails, failed imports, csv files, templates, everything! It's super easy and incredibly user friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence about it, especially because it hits inbox dramatically raising your open rates which raises reply rates. Don't think it twice, just do it!!! There's really not so much that I don't like. Maybe more explanations about how to override tasks and the other features between emails? I didn't quite understand it, and for me I'd rather have quick 3-5 min video tutorials than having to schedule a 30 min. walk through with the team.
