What do you like best about RepairLink?

We use this software multiple times a day - we have 12-15 techs in our shop and they all use this to look up pricing and part numbers. The integration with our SMS (Tekmetric) is seamless. It's very straight forward and simple to learn.

What do you dislike about RepairLink?

Is not always up to date. part number/prices may not be what is shown. most european and asian dealers still require us to call them to quote parts.

What problems is RepairLink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Repairlink has made it much faster to quite the correct part - it has greatly reduced the amount of time that we spend on hold with dealership parts departments. The integration with our SMS ensures that part numbers will not get written down wrong and that the prices will be (mostly) right Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
