I am a retired Army cybersecurity officer and a retired Wall Street technologist. I needed a turnkey repair service to run my vintage microphone repair business. I tried several options and abandoned them before the subscription even ran out as they did not make sense. Then I discovered RepairDesk. I checked out reviews and YouTube videos, and decided to go month-to-month first to see whether I would like it. It was not long before I switched to the lower price by buying a year in advance.

As I got this going, that’s when it happened: the people at RepairDesk helped me daily to get everything started, and they were available the moment I ran into a problem. There is a bit of a steep learning curve, and I’m not using 99% of what I’m paying for yet, but I’m happy with what I get while I learn. My account manager, Aymen Massey, is incredible. She is quick to get me answers, jump on a Zoom/Meets call, and resolve the issues quickly. I highly recommend this product and service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RepairDesk needs to either finish the CRM or integrate with one like Hub Spot. Just like everywhere else, I end up entering the same data in 4 places and it is a pain to keep everything in sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
