What do you like best about Rep AI?

What do you dislike about Rep AI?

It took a bit of training up front, and ongoing training, but all AI takes training so that was expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rep AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rep is keeping customers on-site, and answering questions without having to go to customer service. It also helps our customers understand our products and figure out what product is best for them.
