What do you like best about Rep AI?

What I like best about Rep AI is how it helps our customers find the right products without waiting for a customer service representative. Since we sell a variety of BBQ meat and gift boxes, customers often have questions about flavors, sweetness, gifting, delivery, and storage. Rep AI answers these questions instantly, making the shopping experience much smoother. It has reduced repetitive inquiries for our support team while helping customers feel more confident in their purchasing decisions. The AI is easy to train with our store content, and the setup was straightforward.
