What do you like best about RentRedi?

I like having rental income automated; I spend a lot less time chasing renters who are late. Because it automatically assesses late fees, I don’t have to get involved in that and it helps avoid animosity from the tenants and my tendency to be a bit soft on enforcing late fees. By the time it collected two late fees, it’d paid for the first year. Support seams very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

I got a bit frustrated with the setup process, but since then it’s been smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
