The RentRedi app is VERY mobile-friendly and intuitive to use for us and our tenants. I really like the pre-qualification feature for new applicants and the ability for tenants to pay rent from the RentRedi app directly from their phone. With just about everyone being mobile and doing everything from their mobile phones these days, it really helps us save time and build lots of efficiencies into our business. Recommendations to others considering RentRedi: I would recommend RentRedi to anyone in the property management arena. Time is money and RentRedi helps save us time by building in efficiencies on all fronts; from screening applicants, to running background checks, to completing applications and collecting rent. And if you're just getting started, and only manage a small number of properties, this will help you be efficient right away and it will scale up with you as your company grows. Some of the problems solved are: No more collecting physical checks because tenants pay through the app from their phone, reduced back and forth over the phone and time saved because of the pre-qualification feature, and marketing properties is all done under one roof as RentRedi syndicates the listing over several real estate rental websites. I would recommend RentRedi to anyone in the property management arena. And if you're just getting started, and only manage a small number of properties, this will help you be efficient right away and it will scale up with you as your company grows.
