It gives a quick view of everything I need. Current rents, rents due, pending applications, etc. Getting information from applicants is great. Once I figured out how to navigate some of the site, it has a lot of great features. I still don't know them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not always easy to find all of the operations the site can do. The buttons are not recognizable to open or expand options so see information. I find myself clicking around a lot to figure out where I need to set up rents, or how to bill for a past due, or log payments made in cash. It's not obvious how to navigate the site.
