The platform is very user friendly including the mobile app, customer support is second to none, and the development team is always selling ways to improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that comes to mind is improving the function of communicating a notification to the tenant on the mobile platform. It’s currently a single line box that makes it very hard to review what you’ve written. I’d suggest a larger 10+ line box that shows the entire message you’ve written. Also suggest adding a preview function of the message as there doesn’t appear to be one, which really makes the single line message box difficult to edit your message if needed.
