What do you like best about RentRedi?

RentRedi is a simple effective tool for managing small rental property portfolios. It has increased my efficiency and cut down on late payments and missing checks and all accessible from the phone apps - in today's app and phone driven world this also alerts your tenants that you operate in the world that they live in. What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?
