Hands down the lawyer approved forms that you can purchase has been extremely useful. I also like how easy it is to screen tenants and collect payments for each of my tenants. I wish the Accounting feature was a little more dialed in. I rent one of my houses out by the room so I receive 4 payments per month, some tenants pay a few days early(at the end of the previous month), some pay right on time, and some pay on the last day of the grace period. I wish in accounting it would all show up added together as that month's rent rather than showing up at the end of July payment and the rest in August. It'd also be nice if you could filter out other payments from the accounting, like not showing internet, utilities, or deposit gathering but just the income/rent part. It would also be nice if when you posted your listing you could have it propogate to other rental websites as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
