The visualizations are my favorite part. I’m a charts person—I’d much rather look at a conversion trend line than stare at a table of numbers and try to figure out the direction on my own. Rentana gives me that kind of view without any setup. Rent trends, conversion trends—it’s all right there and easy to read.

The rest of the platform feels straightforward as well. Nothing is buried three menus deep, and the layout makes sense. I got comfortable with it faster than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I can think of right now is that I’m wishing for a portfolio-level export. At the moment, if I need current base rents by unit type, I have to download each property separately and then stitch everything together in Excel myself. With one or two properties, that’s manageable, but across a full portfolio it turns into a recurring chore every time someone asks for a snapshot.

What I’d like is a single button that exports every property, broken out by unit type, into one sheet. That would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
