I mainly use Rent Manager to keep track of our properties, tenants, maintenance requests, and day-to-day property management tasks. It helps us keep everything organized and in one place, especially with managing tenants, properties, maintenance, and day-to-day communication. It saves us a lot of time compared to managing everything separately. What I like most about Rent Manager is their support team. Anytime I reach out to them for a question, issue, or complaint they are always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and patient. I've had countless issues resolved with their help. It can take some time to get used to Rent Manager, especially during the learning and introduction period, which can be a bit difficult at first. But I feel like that's the case with a majority of software in this field.
