I find RemotePeople pretty easy to use, and it’s easy to find the details I need. It’s well structured. I can work for a company in another country without any problem, and I like getting an extra lump sum for electricity and internet. I can open my pay slips and use the details to work out my tax obligations and possible tax return without having to contact my employer; I also receive them by email. Payments arrive on time, and sometimes even early. Getting set up was really easy: I got instructions from the onboarding team, the onboarding specialist responded pretty quickly, and signing the contract remotely was easy. The one thing I’ve noticed is that when I want to take time off, I have to contact my employer and mark the absence in Personio, then do the same in RemotePeople. It’s kind of problematic, though I’m not sure it’s that much of a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
