I like RemotePeople because it makes onboarding into a company easier and is quite efficient and easy to use. The customer service is really good; the HR person who onboarded me was very nice and made the process very easy. I appreciate being able to check my payslips easily, which was hard with my previous company. It's very efficient to have all my employment details in one place, making my work experience more secure and efficient. The setup was also quite easy, thanks to clear instructions from the HR person, so transitioning to RemotePeople was hassle-free. I think something that could be improved is communicating better that RemotePeople is a separate platform from the company I work for. For a while, I was confused, thinking my payslip and other details were directly managed by my company, not realizing RemotePeople was an independent service working in collaboration with them.
