What do you like best about Remote?

What I like most about Remote is how convenient and user-friendly the platform is for managing employment-related matters. It provides an organized way to access important documents, review contracts, and complete onboarding requirements. What do you dislike about Remote?

As this is my first time using Remote, I have not encountered any significant downsides yet. I am still familiarizing myself with the platform and its features. As I gain more experience, I hope to learn more about its functionality and identify areas that could be improved to make the overall user experience even better. What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

One area where I would appreciate improvement is payroll transparency and communication regarding compensation. I believe having a clear breakdown of the basic salary, benefits, and other compensation components would help employees better understand their pay and ensure consistency between employment agreements and actual payroll.
