What do you like best about Remote?

- Representatives I talked to were very approachable and friendly. They also replied promptly. I am satisfied with the overall onboarding experience.

- The platform has great UX. It was easy to navigate even though it was my first time using it. Everything was intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

- My Employer and Remote.com provided me with conflicting information at one point, but it was sorted out quickly.

- It took a few days for my Employment Agreement to be sent to my employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Remote handles all the legal, tax, and compliance complexities of hiring employees across borders. As an employee, I no longer have to hire external bookkeepers/accountants since Remote.com does that for me

- Remote provides great HMO. I no longer have to pay for third-party HMOs.

- The platform provides a clear breakdown of my salary, benefits, payslips, and time-off policies. You don’t need to email someone to get this information—it’s always available, which makes everything very clear and transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
