What do you like best about Remedy Single Sign On?

Remedy Single Sign On (RSSO) from BMC offers authentication services that I leveraged with my AI-based chatbot to authenticate the user and greet them by name to seem like the conversation is seamless. I also used it to authenticate users when trying to submit requests that are integrated with other BMC services such as trouble tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remedy Single Sign On?

Remedy Single Sign On (RSSO) from BMC is a little bit hard to configure. When I was trying to configure it using OneLogin, I faced multiple errors until I had it up and running. However, the authentication is done once and then it automatically authenticates without the need to enter your credentials again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Remedy Single Sign On solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remedy Single Sign On (RSSO) from BMC provides an authentication service which is an essential part of any service initiation due to cybersecurity reasons.
