What do you like best about Reliance Jio Infocomm?

The thing i like the best is its instant customer support and high speed internet connection. It has been a savior for me as earlier there was very high cost internet during my study days and i cant use online resources like youtube to study, but since jio came it has removed the internet limit and helped me a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reliance Jio Infocomm?

The thing i dislike is sometimes its network speed drops when i need the most. In crowded areas its speed drops drastically . once i tried to complain about it to support but i was not able to do it because they could not respond me due to high number of queries at the support at that particular time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reliance Jio Infocomm solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me resolve network speed issues and get rid of frequent disconnections. It’s also cheaper, and the customer service has been great and up to my expectations. When I needed it most, I got support for my WiFi router within a few hours, and they also helped me relocate it to my new home free of cost. Earlier there were many network related issues in my location and jio came as a life saviour and since then there has been very less or no network related issues to me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
