What do you like best about Relevance AI?

- Incredibly versatile - you can build practically any type of agent you need from sales, marketing, research and more

- The "Invent" feature is a game-changer. Describe what you want, and it suggests tools and implementation steps

- Perfect for connecting to different APIs and creating custom automations

- Multi-agent approach lets you build specialised agents for different functions that can run in tandem

What do you dislike about Relevance AI?

- The onboarding experience can be a little confusing. I spent a bit of time just figuring out where things were. But once you get the hang of it it's very intuitive.

- If a workflow step has an error, the agent will sit on loading for a period for the user. This is notified on the builder side, but there's an opportunity for errors to be flagged quicker with the user, skipping that step or fixing it on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Relevance AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Relevance AI solves three key problems for me:

- It eliminates the need for multiple specialised AI tools by providing a single platform where I can build various agents for different tasks that need to be done in my and my client's businesses

- It lowers the technical barrier to building and running AI workflows. The "Invent" feature lets me describe what I want in plain language and suggests appropriate tools and steps. This is the future of how we will build and work with AI.

- It connects disconnected systems through agents that integrate with a huge number of APIs, creating automated workflows between systems that wouldn't otherwise communicate effectively. Having integrations, LLMs and custom tools together in a no-code platform is the best experience I've had so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
