I really like that Relay.app is super easy to use; you don't need to have a technology background to figure it out. It's incredibly powerful, too, and it works to make automations as inexpensive as possible, sometimes even free. Another thing I love is Jacob, who runs Relay.app, does an amazing job educating not just me but also my staff and, honestly, I think the world on how to use these kinds of workflow tools. Plus, it connects to all of our tools like Salesforce, Claude, and Slack, and they've got a ton of connectors. It's pretty impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
