I like Relativity's flexibility. No matter what problem arises or what needs there are for our case teams, I know that we can rely on Relativity to find a workflow solution that helps us quickly get the answers we need. I appreciate its built-in capabilities, like API abilities and custom searching. The ability to create workflows based on the needs of the case teams allows us to do our job more efficiently and completely, which helps the case teams to get to resolutions quickly. With Relativity Air, many integrations we used before are now built into the software, making other plugins unnecessary. I also find its innovation and modern capabilities impressive, making it the industry-leading eDiscovery software.
