After using Rekruto for a while, I've realized there are a few features I wouldn't want to work without anymore.

The best one for me is the branding. Even as an independent recruiter, I can present candidates in a way that feels polished and professional. Sending clients a branded candidate link instead of another PDF or endless email thread.

I also really like how easy it is to move candidates through the pipeline. Everything is quick, intuitive, and I always know exactly where each candidate is in the process.

The analytics have been genuinely useful too they help me spot where things are slowing down. And the Interview Kit saves me time by helping me prepare structured interviews.

Another feature I use all the time is the branded candidate link with built-in client feedback. Instead of chasing comments across emails and messages, clients leave feedback directly in the system, and everything stays organized in one place.
