What do you like best about Rejoiner?

What really stands out for our small manufacturing shop is Rejoiner’s B2B‑oriented email sequence builder. We sell custom industrial hardware, so generic retail email tools never fit our use‑case. I was able to build out workflows without bringing in outside developers, which is huge since we don’t have an IT team on staff. I set up one sequence that triggers 60 days after a customer receives their finished hardware, nudging them to place repeat component orders. We also run automated follow‑ups after we ship out physical product samples to prospective wholesale buyers. Being able to segment our lists to separate brand‑new quote inquiries from our long‑term repeat clients cuts down so much manual busywork for our sales folks. The dashboard gives us quick visibility into how many quote requests we’re getting from these email campaigns, so we can tell what messaging is actually moving the needle for our industrial customer base. What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

My biggest frustration is the lack of native connections for on‑prem manufacturing systems, and the reporting is clearly built for retail e‑commerce, not B2B wholesale hardware. We can’t tie Rejoiner contacts directly to our active factory work orders. When a lead fills out a quote form from one of Rejoiner’s emails, there is no straightforward way to link that person to the corresponding production job inside our shop‑floor system. Hiring someone to build custom API connections is not realistic for our lean team. Every single week we have to export CSV files, pull all our email lead data, then manually cross‑reference every entry against our open hardware orders inside spreadsheets. It’s repetitive manual admin work, and human error creeps in sometimes — we’ve had instances where a lead got incorrectly paired to the wrong component production order, which created confusion for both sales and our shop technicians.
