I had office reservations for the month of April and they gave the space to someone else. Buyer beware: If you have a reserved space, it won't matter. They will sell your space to someone else if it's more convenient for them. They enforce the areas of the contract that help them, but will overlook the areas of the contract that will assist the consumer. They will never refund, even if they are in the wrong. What do you like best about Regus?

What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's never possible to resolve an issue. I was billed for something that they cannot fulfill and they refuse to refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
