What do you like best about Regula?

What I like most about Regula is how powerful and precise its technology is, especially in 1:N facial identification. Being able to identify a person against our entire database without them having to declare who they are has been very valuable for us. This solved identity deduplication and validation during the biometric enrollment of our agricultural and industrial workers.

Document reading is also fast and very precise, which allowed us to automate a process that was previously manual. Additionally, the documentation is excellent and greatly facilitated integration. The ability to deploy everything on-premise was key to meeting our data protection requirements.

Lastly, the support team responds quickly and is very professional. In particular, Alesia Tatamues Pozo helped us with a lot of knowledge and timely responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Regula?

Honestly, there isn't much to criticize. The only thing I would mention is that the initial on-premise installation, especially the configuration with GPU, requires some technical knowledge and time to fine-tune. That said, the documentation and support helped us resolve it quickly, so it wasn't a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Regula solving and how is that benefiting you?

Regula solves identity verification in the enrollment and access control of thousands of agricultural and industrial workers, many of whom are seasonal workers who come and go each season. Previously, data registration was manual, slow, and prone to errors, and it was difficult to detect the same person registered more than once or identity impersonations. With document reading, we automated data capture, and with 1:N facial identification, we know for sure who each person is, avoiding duplicates and validating their identity without relying on what they declare. The benefit is concrete: much faster enrollments, less operational burden for teams, greater security in access to our facilities, and reliable data from the start. Additionally, by running on-premise, we comply with personal data protection regulations without taking biometric information out of our infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
