What do you like best about Reftab?

Customer service is very prompt and helpful! We use Reftab to keep tabs on all of our PCs, peripherals, and other related equipment as well as licenses. We update it constantly and the reports generated from it help keep finance and upper management apprised of exactly how much money we're spending on what with no fluff. What do you dislike about Reftab?

It's a lot to keep up with when you start getting everything loaded into it, but that's just the nature of asset management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reftab solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have hundreds and hundreds of licensed products that we have to keep track of and this helps us stay on top of it all. We also have a datacenter with 30 cabinets full of tools and PCs and, despite having naming conventions, things get moved around sometimes and this helps us keep track of what is where.
