What do you like best about RefNow?

We've found RefNow to be an excellent platform that has streamlined our recruitment and onboarding processes. The referencing system is efficient, easy to use, and provides quick turnaround times, helping us make informed hiring decisions with confidence.

One of the key benefits has been the ability to verify employment histories accurately and identify discrepancies in candidate information. On several occasions, the platform has helped uncover fraudulent or misleading employment claims from prospective employees, which has been invaluable in protecting our organisation and maintaining high recruitment standards.

More recently, being able to complete DBS checks through the same platform has made the process even more efficient, reducing administration and allowing us to manage key pre-employment checks in one place.

A special mention goes to Jordan, our account manager, who is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. His support and responsiveness have made a real difference and ensured we get the most out of the platform.

What do you dislike about RefNow?

There is very little to dislike about RefNow. The only drawback is the cost, which can be a consideration for organisations with high recruitment volumes. What problems is RefNow solving and how is that benefiting you?

RefNow solves the challenge of obtaining reliable employment references quickly and efficiently. Before using the platform, chasing references could be time-consuming, inconsistent, and often delayed the recruitment process. RefNow has streamlined this by automating reference requests, providing faster responses, and ensuring a more robust verification process.

The platform has also helped us identify discrepancies and fraudulent employment claims that may otherwise have gone unnoticed, reducing recruitment risk and supporting safer hiring decisions. In addition, having DBS checks available through the same system has simplified our onboarding process, saving administrative time and allowing us to manage key pre-employment checks in one place.
