The user interface is very easy to work with in order to create conversational tree maps and automation logic. This helps us easily visualize how our users will go through the conversation flow on platforms like WhatsApp or Messenger and allows our team to optimize for conversational UX without being bogged down with syntax concerns at first. The available templates are somewhat limiting from a visual point of view; therefore, in order to customize them to fit a particular set of brand guidelines, we have to put in slightly more effort than we would expect.
