What do you like best about Reflexion?

It's easy to understand and use from day 1. Identifies every threat that comes through and neutralizes it. Not only that, it also enables admins to have complete visibility of threat reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reflexion?

Customer Support. Raising a support ticket is the only easy part. Getting hold of an engineer is hard. We had to wait for more than 4 hours during a P1 call. Nevertheless, its a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reflexion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Archiving was a big problem when we were in Onpremises Exchange. When we moved to Cloud, we opted Reflexion. Archiving solution is very easy and effective.

In any organization, retrieval of emails from archive is the biggest challenge. Refelxion solves that problem :) Cloud email security is another feature that made us choose them instead of Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
