What do you like best about Reflex visits?

AppointmentXL, now called the Reflex, is a leading appointment booking utility, which is a widely used utility for meeting/appointment bookings. Things that I love about it are as follows : 1. It is cloud integrable. A user can easily configure the Reflex RoomManager with the most widely used meeting scheduling platforms such as Outlook, Office 365, and Google Calendar. It can accept bookings from multiple sources. 2. Supports automation of all communications surrounding meeting management and room booking. 3. It often happens we make multiple bookings. This integrator averts that danger. All booking requests for a date range and place flow into a single platform, enabling the system to detect multiple/duplicate requests for the same meeting. It helps in avoiding the excess cost associated with the extra booking. 4. Typically suited for small to medium sized teams, which perfectly suits our teams size. 5. The pricing is very modest and cost effective. 6. The UI is pretty simple and user friendly, users of any background and any experience level can utilize its full potential. What do you dislike about Reflex visits?

There is no particular thing that I dislike. Still, the user activity reports take a specific refresh of data time, which is a lag since it accepts data from multiple sources, which is acceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reflex visits solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage and accept all our meeting bookings with the Reflex RoomManager (AppointmentXL). We run user reports and maintain all the associated statistics in Reflex. The alerts are beneficial. Especially the activity dashboard is a handy feature for us users. For teams who are still using manual bookkeeping for meeting management, this AppointmentXL/Reflex is highly recommended.
