I love using Refiner to collect quick in-app feedback, as it significantly aids in understanding what users need. Its effective feedback collection has helped identify issues that were impacting my app's Google Play ratings negatively, and by allowing me to gather structured feedback through in-app surveys, I was able to address these key issues, resulting in improved ratings. I appreciate how easy it is to build in-app surveys and trigger them at the right moment, enhancing the feedback process. The response analytics feature in Refiner is incredibly helpful; it allows me to quickly identify patterns in user feedback, enabling quicker decision-making. Additionally, the initial setup of Refiner was hassle-free. I only needed to add Refiner's SDK with a single line and an API key to both my iOS and Android apps. Lastly, after switching from a simple in-house feedback form to Refiner, I've found it to be a more powerful tool that saves me a lot of time.
