Referral Maker helps me manage my business for the past 4 years. From marketing to meeting reminders, there is a calendar, tracking of client business experiences (family members, birthdays, wedding dates, etc.), to group and individual emails. I am also able to network with other agents around the country, send referrals to them, and vice versa. It reminds me of who I need to contact according to client ratings that I input into the system and manages the number of weekly to monthly contacts and types of contacts I need to make to reach my business goals. The mapping feature in the app allows me to know which of my clients are nearby so I can stop in and say, 'Hello!" This is a great tool for desktop, laptop, and mobile phones.
