It helps me to stay organized, easily setting up my goals, following up with the clients and doing my email marketing. Its easy to use, mobile friendly and has everything I need to stay on point with my leads. **What do you dislike about ReferralMaker?** I dont see any disadvantages, I am currently upgrading to Referral Maker PRO to boost my marketing. **Recommendations to others considering ReferralMaker:** I absolutely recommend it to all the realtors who want to be on track and stay organized. **What problems is ReferralMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its great for organizing my leads, setting up daily, monthly and tearly goals, I have a clear understanding of my weekly goals and nothing gets left behind. It's very easy to get distracted cause realtor lofe is very hectic. I love how all my contacts are in one place, plus you get reminders to follow up with the clients. From marketing to meeting reminders, there is a calendar, tracking of client business experiences (family members, birthdays, wedding dates, etc.), to group and individual emails. I am also able to network with other agents around the country, send referrals to them, and vice versa. It reminds me of who I need to contact according to client ratings that I input into the system and manages the number of weekly to monthly contacts and types of contacts I need to make to reach my business goals. The mapping feature in the app allows me to know which of my clients are nearby so I can stop in and say, 'Hello!" This is a great tool for desktop, laptop, and mobile phones. **What do you dislike about ReferralMaker?** When you don't know what you dislike, there should be nothing to say. I have no dislikes with this tool. Customer service is great! This has been the most user-friendly program I've experienced. **Recommendations to others considering ReferralMaker:** This is the most user-friendly CRM I have ever used. I have used several CRM's and they all have major faults. this one is very user-friendly. It practically plug in, play, and go. They have great online staff support. They are not pushy to get you to BUY other products. they have great content and whenever there was an issue there was someone on the other line ready to help **What do you dislike about ReferralMaker?** It is a bit pricey for a new salesperson to afford. While the content makes up for it some that are just starting out can not afford this. Also, There should be a better spot for analytics. I want to know more about who I am dealing with. If it was able to tie in y our website and google search engine to tell you if you are being looked up and by what demographic that would kill the game **What problems is ReferralMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?** keeping all of my contacts in one spot, being able to plan ahead my marketing. keeping my clients categorized is amazing and helpful. It allows me to know who is a cold lead and who is not. I like to work cold leads so this helps me to focus on just that. ### 8.
