Kit is genuinely invested in my experience learning platform features and adopting them to best enhance workflows in my role. She always responds promptly with warmth, understands my questions and needs with sharp insight, and provides effective quality solutions. Even more, the team often go the extra mile to provide tailored support for our feature and integration requests. I have not experienced such attentive and consistent long-term customer support anywhere else, and I feel inspired by their work.
