What do you like best about Reena HR?

Reena is an ever-evolving HR tool that has helped me streamline hiring across the team more efficiently. I like that everything can be done within the platform, including cross-team collaboration, AI assistance with matching candidates to the role and interview prep, interview scheduling, candidate messaging, and more. What do you dislike about Reena HR?

To get the best out of Reena, you either need training on how to use the platform or a trained HR manager to help you set up the hiring process for this role. Once that’s in place, everything else becomes extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reena HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Reena, I had to rely on multiple platforms to manage my hiring. For example, I would publish the same job on several different job listing sites, email candidates one by one, and jump between platforms just to view a candidate’s profile. If I needed to share someone internally, I’d download the CV and then send it to my colleagues through our internal comms channel. On top of that, I’d create a Google Doc to capture interview questions and write down evaluations, which made the whole process feel scattered and time-consuming.

With Reena, the workflow is much more streamlined. It can distribute a job post instantly across multiple platforms, and I can communicate with candidates and schedule interviews directly in Reena. It also lets me send out an assessment centre or use the Reena AI interview to help shortlist candidates. During interviews, I can keep notes and evaluations directly under each candidate’s profile, instead of tracking everything in separate documents. It even helps me prep for interviews in about 30 seconds using Reena AI by summarising the points my colleagues have shared. There’s a lot more to it, but overall it’s been a really helpful tool, and I think it’s something everyone should get on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
