We began using Redzone’s Learn Module with one clear goal: improving how our supervisors staff our production lines. Previously, it was hard to tell who was qualified to run specific pieces of equipment, which made it difficult to assign people effectively. Redzone has made those qualifications visible to everyone through the skill matrix, and it’s also given trainees more ownership of their learning journey.
At first, I assumed implementation would take months. Instead, with the support of our Redzone Coach, we built 25 skills and more than 156 learning items in just three weeks.
We’re currently piloting the solution, and we’ve already received great feedback from new hires. Our trainers also appreciate being able to document feedback digitally and in real time, which eliminates the need to manage and track paperwork.
Overall, Redzone’s Learn Module is helping us make training more organized, transparent, and engaging, while giving us a much clearer picture of our team’s capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some functionalities, like play approval, can only be done from the iPad. I wish we could also manage or change those settings in the web admin version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
