"Turning Production Data Into Action with Champion AI"

What do you like best about Redzone?

What I like most about Redzone is the transformation journey our coach helped drive at our site. I work in Quality, and we were looking for a single tool that could cover all of our compliance needs while still fitting smoothly into production and staying simple for operators to use. Redzone has exceeded my expectations.

It’s not only how easy the platform is to use and manage—it’s the impact it’s had on our site culture. With the Quality dashboard and real-time alerts, quality is much more visible across the operation. It genuinely feels like delivering on our quality promise has become a shared responsibility for everyone.

I also really appreciate that Redzone continues to expand its Android capabilities. We’re currently beta testing Android, and it’s been a game-changer for us. Our QA team can now complete checks on Android while Operations continues using iPads, which gives us the flexibility to support both teams as we keep improving the overall experience. What do you dislike about Redzone?

From a compliance perspective I Believe Redzone fullfills our needs, one thing to improve would be a way to copy triggers in the web admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Redzone has been the solution we needed to support multiple departments on a single platform. What’s been most impressive—and most impactful for us so far—is Champion AI.

We recently rolled it out to our shop-floor team, and we’ve been genuinely impressed by the difference it’s already making. Whether it’s quickly surfacing production trends or helping us dig into root causes, it feels like we’re only scratching the surface of what Champion AI can do.

One example in particular really stood out. Champion AI helped us identify a “silent killer” that was driving minor stops on our lines. It then helped us understand possible reasons behind the issue and generated specific activities for our Maintenance team to follow up on. We’re now tracking those actions during our huddles.

We’re already seeing results: our OEE increased by 2%. That may sound small, but it was enough to move us from the yellow zone into the green. Even more importantly, it gave our operators something to celebrate—and that kind of engagement is just as valuable to us as the number itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
