"From Outdated CMMS to Proactive Maintenance with Redzone"
5/5
What do you like best about Redzone?

Our previous CMMS system, M2, wasn’t really meeting our needs. One of the biggest things I like about Redzone is how it has made maintenance far more visible and better connected to the rest of our operation.

Our maintenance technicians find it much easier to create work orders, consume parts from inventory, complete PMs, and stay on top of what still needs to be done. Since implementing Redzone, we’ve also seen 27% fewer overdue PMs, which has made a noticeable difference in how we manage maintenance day to day.

We’ve also seen a big improvement in collaboration between Maintenance and Operations. Operators can report issues directly, attach pictures or videos, and give the maintenance team much better information before they even get to the equipment.

Another major improvement is how we identify problems. With Senses, we’re catching abnormalities much earlier instead of waiting for a breakdown, and that’s helped us shift from a reactive approach to a more proactive maintenance culture. We also use Centerline alerts and warnings to spot potential issues and prioritize PMs before they turn into bigger problems.

Overall, Redzone has brought Maintenance and Operations much closer together. It feels less like a traditional CMMS and more like a tool that gives the entire plant visibility into what’s happening, helping us act before problems turn into downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redzone?

We’ve had issues with Wi‑Fi coverage at our site, especially in farther areas like the parts room and the warehouse. It was outside the original scope, but we’ve now expanded the Wi‑Fi service so we can have it fully integrated into the Redzone System. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
