Our task was substantial: provide a tool that could truly change our culture. We believed it could, but we were still blown away by the results. This tool has eliminated our silos, improved communication, and replaced clunky, disparate systems. It provides one source of truth for our facility, so we know every day whether we’re winning and where we need improvement. Our frontline members have never felt more impactful to the mission. Productivity: Honestly, nothing really comes to mind. This tool has been such a big improvement over our legacy products that it’s hard to point to any real dislikes.

Reliability: It’s still missing a few integration capabilities and processes that you’d typically find in more mature CMMS software. That said, Redzone has assisted us every step of the way, and we’ve continued to close those gaps through ongoing updates and revisions. For me, this is only a minor drawback, because the benefits of having a shared tool across both our maintenance and production groups have been a huge unlock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
