What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I use Redtail Technology for the calendar and reminders, which is the most important thing for me. I enjoy having the app available to log in first thing in the morning and check my schedule for the day. It's great for putting in reminders for daily tasks and meetings. Uploading documents is really important, and I can pull up what I need when moving between office locations. I love the easily accessible search at the top to find a client quickly. It helps when I receive a phone call and can immediately pull up information or notes from previous conversations. Overall, I've been very happy with Redtail, and I haven't had any glitches. It's intuitive and easy to use, and setting it up was extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

Sometimes, when I haven't used the tasks or note area, it takes me a minute to remember where that is supposed to be or where to go for that particular thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
