I use Redtail Technology for the calendar and reminders, which is the most important thing for me. I enjoy having the app available to log in first thing in the morning and check my schedule for the day. It's great for putting in reminders for daily tasks and meetings. Uploading documents is really important, and I can pull up what I need when moving between office locations. I love the easily accessible search at the top to find a client quickly. It helps when I receive a phone call and can immediately pull up information or notes from previous conversations. Overall, I've been very happy with Redtail, and I haven't had any glitches.
