I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. It's simple to import contacts and send out messages with ease. It's very useful how you can group contacts together. I love how once a message has been sent the system shows you how many contacts were successful and failed to let you know the percentage of people actually receiving the message. Also love how you can create templates to cut down on having to write out a new message every time. Customer service is super helpful and resolves any issue in no time! My company frequently uses the system to send out messages from our computers or phones. It's perfect to keep everyone on notice for any RED FLAGS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much I don't like about RedFlag, but if I had to think of something it would be that when entering contacts I would prefer for the system to automatically group contacts together that work at the same place. I don't mind every contact having the option to be an individual contact but I wish it would filter to groups as well. Example: Store: Claire's and then all the Claire's employees are a drop down list or can click into Claire's and it show all the employees.
