What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?

A couple of years ago, we had a power outage at a Shopping Center I manage. It took two of us over 30 minutes to all of the Tenants to let them know about the situation. We found out a couple of hours later from the utility company their planned time to turn power back on. This was critical information for our Tenants so they could determine if they would close for the evening or remain open due to the length of time of the power outage. Having RedFlag would have made it easy to tell Tenants of the issue and to provide updates throughout the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
