The team is very helpful, very available, and very nice. **What do you dislike about Red Points?** The is nothing to unlike, except the efficiency that generates a follow-up every day/week, but it is also why we apply for. **Recommendations to others considering Red Points:** Don't hesitate to contact the team, they are available for any questions. the tool is very efficient. As a brand owner it is imperative that I protect my brand along with any copyright designs to not only prevent improper sales but to protect brand integrity as I do not want sub standard products bearing my brands name entering the market as it can put others off buying the brand. Redpoints helps take care of all of this. **What do you dislike about Red Points?** So far there is nothing not to like. The team at Redpoints are extremly helpful and efficient especially with answering queries. I also attended a trade event in Munich where I went to meet the staff and they looked after me very well after I conducted an interview with them at the booth. Nothing to dislike. **What problems is Red Points solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not just stopping counterfeit sales that matters. If somebody is using a poor quality fake garment in public, that projects a bad image towards would be customers thus damaging the brand deeply. ### 5. What used to be a days work to search trough the platforms and report them is now done in minutes. The customer support is also great. **What do you dislike about Red Points?** At times their more advanced analytical tools can be difficult to navigate. The main usability is however very clear and simple. **What problems is Red Points solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are mainly using Red Points to monitor and remove infringing listings on platforms such as Alibaba, Taobao, Amazon. As the listings are removed before other retailers in our key markets have a chance to buy them, our overall infringements have declined. ### 6. Transparency could be improved regarding why listings are not removed or have not been successfully removed. The bots that look for infringing listings often pull in our own brand/listings, so manual monitoring us necessary. **Recommendations to others considering Red Points:** We would recommend RedPoints as a solution to the challenging eCommerce landscape, as unauthorized and often counterfeit products are emerging all over the Internet. **What problems is Red Points solving and how is that benefiting you?** With RedPoints, we have been able to remove nearly 2,000 unauthorized listings for a teether toy that we produce.
