the most used feature by me is the dev-topology view, it show all the entities, be it anything, pvc, namespaces, etc at a glance and shows the disconnected/errors at a glance so no need to run multiple kubectl commands. Its integration with other external and inhouse tools is seamless.
performace wise its on par with its competitors but the support and securiity is what makes it the best tools for governance activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As its security centric solution, any native image to run it as root can be problematic. The whole footprint of such a system is heavy as compared to other providers, making it a resource hungry alternative. This in turn results in higher operating costs and Pricing.
