Customer Service and support makes RHEL easy to implement and deploy throughout the environment.

RHEL's value comes from the support maintenance contract, which does add a cost to an open-source product.

Systemd makes RHEL one of the easiest OS to run custom services and managing them even with containers.

The docs about systemd files and how easily it is to integrate them including forwarding logs to journald makes RHEL very comfortable.

Default App Stream Repos coming with old software and it's hard to install alternative, newer versions of Packages like Python.

Would be great if the security profiles covered more completely the standards they apply. For example, the DISA STIG security profiles only applies a fraction of what is needed.
