What do you dislike about Recursyv?

What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used Recursyv for an integration requirement between our service desk ticketing tool with the customer's service desk tool. The integration allows our service desk team to monitor any incidents/service requests raised by the customer team in near real time and then work towards a first contact resolution. It helps the updates to synchronise between 2 systems and expedite the resolution of tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
